Tawana Land Board Performance Improvement Techniques
The Ministry of Lands and Housing was established in October 1999 and Land Boards were officially transferred from the Ministry of Local Government to Ministry of Lands and Housing.
Like all the Ministries, the Ministry of Lands and Housing found it imperative to cascade and ensure the implementation of Performance Improvement Initiatives to all the Departments falling under it including Tawana Land Board.
Tawana Land Board is therefore every day working to improving and sustaining public service efficiency with the intention to realise Vision 2016.
Tawana Land Board has a greater focus and commitment on the delivery of necessary services & other obligations with improved efficiency to the Public.
It is for the above reasons that Tawana Land Board found it necessary to develop Strategic Plan;Annual Performance Plans, Performance Agreements and Performance and Development Plans for the entire staff for continous improvement
This Land Board is also striving to be a Strategy Focused Organisation
