Let me welcome everyone to this website, which marks a very important chapter in the history of our Land Board. Its main purpose is to broaden and strengthen our interaction with the citizens of Botswana and the world as a whole. It will also publish information and messages about the products and services we offer.
We are determined to enhance the methods of communication with our customers and stakeholders. The introduction of this website is one of the methods to improve communication. The other key purpose of this website is to receive feedback from our customers about Land Board's operations and create dialogue with our stakeholders. All this will assist us to determine the nature of our customer's concerns and will in turn enable us to address them.
We are also delighted to introduce to you a Toll Free Number 080098009 recently launched by the Ministry (Lands and Housing) which serves the same purpose at Ministry level.
