Services offered by Tawana Land Board
The primary function of Tawana Land Board is to allocate land. All land rights are triggered by the full completion of an application form. Applications for all Customary Land Grants are allocated at the Sub Land Board level. This means that all applications and communications must be done at the Sub Land Board through the Sub Land Board Clerks.
The main Land Board receives recommendations from the Sub Land Boards and mainly for Common Law Land Grants. The final decision for Common Law Land Grands is executed at the Main Land Board Level.
